摘要
目的:建立衍生气相色谱法测定婴幼儿服装甲醛含量的分析方法。方法:样品用水萃取,2,4二硝基苯肼(DN-PH)衍生,气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定,外标法定量。结果:样品加标平均回收率为91.2%~100.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~4.8%。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、检出限低,适合婴幼儿服装甲醛含量的测定。
Objective:A method for determination of the formaldehyde content in infants clothing by derivation gas chromatography has been developed.Methods:Samples were extracted with water and the extracts were derivated by 2,4-dinitrophenyhydrazine(DNPH) and analyses can be performed using gas chromatography by electron capture detector(ECD).External standards were used for quantitative determination.Results:The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 91.2%~100.4% and 1.4%~4.8%,respectively.Conclusion:The results showed that the method is simple,quick,sensitive and accurate.It is suitable for determination of the formaldehyde content in infants clothing.
