摘要
目的:建立简便快速梯度淋洗离子色谱法测定饮用水中二溴乙酸(DBA)含量。方法:选用IonpacAS11阴离子分析柱,0~18 mmol/LKOH淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,电导检测器。样品经0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果:本法相关性好(r=0.9993),精密度高(RSD%<5.0),样品加标平均回收率为87.5%~101%,最低检出量0.006μg/ml。结论:该法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏,适用于大批水样分析。
Objective: An ICS method was applied to simultaneously determine dibromoacetic acid in drinking water. Methods:The method was based on ICS separation under the condition of isocratic eluent with 0 - 18 mmol/L KOH and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min by using of the IonPAC AS11 analytical column and suppressed conductivity detector. Results: It was showed that this method has good relativity (r = 0. 9993 ) and good analytic precision (RSD% 〈 5.0 ). The samples'average recovery rates were 87.5% - 101% and the detection limit were 0. 006μg/ml. Conclusion: Its advantages are simple operation, quickness, high sensitivity and precise results. This method can be applied widely and suitable for trace analysis of water samples.
