摘要
目的:建立铝制食具容器中铝溶出量的分光光度测定法。方法:样品经4%乙酸浸泡处理,在乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液介质中,以聚乙二醇辛基苯醚(OP)作增溶剂,溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTAMB)作增敏剂,铝与铬天青(CAS)反应生成稳定的蓝绿色四元胶束络合物,比色定量。结果:铝质量浓度在0~5μg/25 ml范围内符合比尔定律,最大吸收波长为630 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.09×105L/mol.cm。结论:本方法可操作性强,重复性、适用性完全可满足铝制食具容器中溶出铝的测定需要。
Objective :To establish a method for the determination of dissolved aluminum from aluminum - ware for use in food preparation by spectrophotometry. Methods: The sample was soaked in 4% HAc. In a buffer solution of HAc - NaAc, with OP as solubilizing agent and CTAMB as sensitivity promoter, aluminum reacts with CAS to form a stable blue - green quatemion - asso- ciation which can be a quantitative color. Results:Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0 - 5 μg/25 ml of alumi- num, λmax= 630 nm, ε630 = 1. 09 - 10^5 L/mol · cm. Conclusion :This method is simple and fast, accurate and suitable for the de- termination of dissolved aluminum from aluminum - ware for food use.
