摘要
目的:了解江苏出口牙膏的卫生质量状况,为加强对出口牙膏的卫生监管提供依据。方法:采用国标法GB/T7918-1987对出口牙膏进行检测,并应用VITEK2全自动微生物分析系统对分离的致病菌进行鉴定。结果:609份出口牙膏的总合格率为95.2%。其中21份细菌总数超标,合格率为96.6%,9份检出绿脓杆菌,合格率为98.5%,2份检出金黄色葡萄球菌,合格率为99.7%。未检出粪大肠菌群。结论:江苏出口儿童牙膏的卫生质量令人满意,但宾馆客房用的小包装牙膏微生物污染状况较严重。VITEK2全自动微生物分析系统可用于牙膏中绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的快速鉴定。
Objective:To investigate the qualities of exported toothpaste and guide the enterprises to strengthen their sanitation managementl. Methods:According to the GB/T7918 - 1987 Standard Test Method comesties microbiology for detection and analysis, and VITEK full - automatic microbial analytical system were used to identify the suspected bacteria. Results: The eligible rate from 609 copies of toothpaste was 95.2%. The eligible rate of colony counting, pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus were 96. 6% ,98. 5% and 99.7%. No fecal coliforms were found in the toothpaste. Conclusion: The kid's toothpaste had fine quality. The contamination status of the toothpaste used in hotels was serious. VITEK full - automatic microbial analytical system can be used for the fast detection of the pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus in toothpaste.
