检测血清CEA、CA125、LDH、β_2-MG在恶性淋巴瘤诊断治疗中的意义

Clinical significance of serum CEA,CA125,LDH,β_2-MG measuring in diagnosis and treatment of malignant lymphoma

目的:探讨血清CEA、CA125、LDH、β2-MG在恶性淋巴瘤(ML)诊断、治疗中的意义。方法:对76例ML患者采用ELISA法测定CA125,时间分辨荧光免疫分析法检测CEA与β2-MG,速率法检测LDH。结果:ML患者血清CEA、CA125、LDH、β2-MG的升高与临床分期、分组、骨髓侵润、化疗强度、化疗结果、疾病的范围、恶性程度及缓解后复发有关。结论:血清CEA、CA125、LDH、β2-MG正常与升高,对ML患者的临床分期,是否有骨髓侵润,病变部位判定,疾病活动和预后预测,缓解后复发以及了解ML对治疗的反映性具有重要的临床意义。

Objective：To explore the clinical significance of the serum carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） ,cancer antigen 125 （ CA 125） ,lactic dehydrogenase （ LDH ）, β2 - microglobulin （ β2 - MG ） measuring in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant lymphoma. Methods：In 76 cases with ML,CA125 was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay test, CEA and β2 -MG were tested by time reasolved fluorometrie immunoassay test. LDH were tested by rate method. Results：The increase of serum CEA, CA125, LDH, β2 - MG in patients with ML has relation to clinical phase, group, bone marrow infiltration and chemotherapy intensity or result, ML infiltration, malignant stage and recurrence after remission. Conclusion ：The normal and increase of serum CEA, CAl25, LDH, 192 -MG has the important clinical significance in classifying clinical phase, grouping, with or without existence of ML cells in bone marrow, determining the pathological positions, activity of disease, evaluation the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis in the ML patients.
