A Research on the Effectiveness of Technology Import Mode:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Zhejiang Enterprises

将技术引进模式分为引进成套设备与关键设备、合资生产与合作生产、专利技术与专有技术的许可或转让,以及技术咨询与技术服务4种模式。结合浙江企业技术引进的案例,对技术引进各模式的有效性展开了深入分析。提出了企业选用不同技术引进模式时应注意的关键点。

There are four kinds of technology import mode： importing whole-set or key equipments,joint production or joint venture ,licensing,technology consultation or service.
