讨论了纺织用变频调速器的调速原理、特性及其在络筒机筒子防叠装置、均匀络纱张力装置,整经机和浆纱机无级调速、恒张力卷绕系统,浆纱机各区伸长控制装置,无梭织机的电子送经、电子卷取、自动对梭口装置和储纬器上的应用情况。认为变频调速器是织造设备机电一体化和技术改造的方向之一。

In this paper are discussed the principle and features of frequency converter in speed regulation as well as in its application in prevention of overlap on cone winder, uniformity guaranty of winding tension on winder, keeping stepless speed regulating and constant tension wrapping on both wrapper and sizing machine, elongation controlling for various devices on sizing machine and electronic let off, electronic winding and weftstorage on shuttles loom. It holds that the use of frequeney converter represents the direction of the technical reformation and the realization of electro - mechanism of the weaving machinery.
