摘要
为了减少转杯针织纱的棉结杂质,根据系统工程棉纺工艺学的理论,针对转杯纺原料的特点,在纺纱各工序进行了工艺参数的优化配置:清梳合理工艺隔距,加强开松和转移,充分梳理,减少纤维损伤,增加落棉含杂率,减少棉结杂质;转杯纺优化纺杯、分梳辊转速,合理选择负压;加强设备、操作及温湿度管理,从而减少了成纱的棉结和杂质。
For reducing impurities of rotor spun knitting yarn and based on the theory of system engineering cotton spinning and the characteristics of rotor spinning, optimized allocation of processing parameters are adopted in the processes of spinning: taking reasonable gauges, strengthening opening and transfering, fully carding, minimizing fiber loss, increasing trash content in noils, and decreasing neps and impurities in scutching and carding. In rotor spinning, optimized speed of rotor and combing roller, reasonable pressure, well equipment and operation management and temperature control are also managed to reduce the neps and impurities contained in the formed yam.
