摘要 本文首次报道了用近紫外线(NUV)与LiCl复合选育柔红霉素产生菌——天蓝淡红链霉菌(S.Coeruleorubidus)的实验结果。实验获得一株柔红霉素高产突变株,在发酵罐上应用,柔红霉素产率比出发菌株高10%。 The results of selection dauanomycin-producing strain in S. Coeruleorubidus by near ultraviolet light in the presence of lithium chloride were first reported in this paper. And a high-producing strain of dauanomycin was obtained, the yield of daunomycin by the strain in fementation tank increased 10 % than the original strain.
