摘要
通过分析膨胀螺纹的失效位置,建立了O圈槽所在轴向截面拉应力的静强度可靠性模型,并计算几种设计的可靠性,在膨胀试验中进行了验证。
After the analysis of failure structure of expandable screw, the reliability model has been established, which is about the static intensity of the tensile stress at the axial section where O type of sealing groove is located. This model is used to calculate the reliability of several designs, and has been tested in the expandable experiment.
