摘要
机架加载在液压压下伺服缸测试系统中是目前较为先进的一种测试方法,在测试系统中,加载模拟轧制工况。闭式机架是关键的元件之一。本文以伺服油缸测试系统加载机架为研究对象,简要介绍了闭式机架在伺服油缸测试系统中的作用,并用弹塑性有限元分析的方法对机架进行初步设计,对机架的三维实体进行加载分析,得出两种方案下应力和形变的计算结果并进行比较,从而对机架的设计进行了优化。
Loading by frame is a kind of advanced testing method in the hydraulic press downward servo-cylinder testing system,in the testing system, it simulates the rolling status to load. The close frame is one of the key components.Considering the load frame in the servo-cylinder testing system as an object, we briefly introduced the function of the close type frame in the servo-cylinder testing system, preliminarily designed the frame through the elasticity and inelasticity finite-element method, analyse the 3D model of the frame under load ,and educed the results of the stress and the distortion in the two scheme and compared them, so as to optimize the design of the frame.
