摘要
分析阿基米德蜗杆的造型特征,详细介绍了在Pro/E环境下蜗杆特征参数驱动模型的创建过程。通过二次开发工具Program编程的方法实现模型的参数化造型,用户只需按提示输入相应的特征参数即可生成新的模型,从而实现了蜗杆的参数化设计和修改,减少了设计者的重复劳动,提高了设计效率。
Modeling features of Archimedes worm are analyzed and creation process of worm modeling by parameter driving based on Pro/E has been described in detail in the paper. The customization development tool of Pro/E-program is applied to realize the parametric modeling and new model is generated only by input correlation characteristic parameters, which have realized parametric design and modification of worm and reduced duplication labor of designer and increased the efficiency.
