摘要
渐开线圆柱齿轮是机械设备中应用广泛的一种传动零件,而齿轮的三维建模操作相当复杂,计算也繁琐,工作量大,在齿轮参数改变时,设计过程重复,设计效率低。文中介绍在Pro/E软件中,实现渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮自动化建模的方法和步骤,先根据渐开线齿形的生成原理,利用方程生成渐开线,再通过三维特征造型、设置参数、添加关系式和程序编制等建立参数化齿轮。在设计新齿轮时,设计人员只要将参数化齿轮"再生模型",根据Pro/E系统的提示输入齿轮的相应参数,如齿数、模数、压力角、齿宽、变位系数等,齿轮的三维模型便可以快速地自动生成,既简化了设计程序,又大大提高了齿轮设计的效率。
Involute gear is a transmission part which is widely used in machinery equipments. The three-dimensional modeling operation of the gear is a complex operation with a complicated calculation and heavy workload. When the gear parameter is changed, it must be repeatedly designed, and the efficiency of design is low.This paper mainly talks about how to produce the automatic modeling on involute straight and cylindrical gear. According to the first gear tooth formation theory, the use of the equation to generate involute, through the three-dimensional feature-based modeling, parameter settings, add relationship and programming, parameters of gear are established.In the design of the new gear, as long as the designers will make the parameters of gear a "regeneration model". According to the hint of the Pro/E system, they input the appropriate gear parameters such as the number of teeth, module, pressure angle, wide-tooth, the coefficient and so on, the three-dimensional models of the gear can be quickly and automatically produced. This not only simplifies the process of the design, but also greatly improves the efficiency of the gear design.
