摘要
对TRIZ理论(即技术创新理论)的主要工具及方法进行了分析和研究,并将其应用到螺杆泵的设计中。通过对目前电动潜油螺杆泵,特别是对其关键部件之一的联轴节存在的冲突的分析,运用TRIZ理论中的冲突矩阵,选择合适的推荐发明原理,解决了存在的部分矛盾。
The main tool and the method of the TRIZ theory (technological innovation theory) have been analyzed and researched, and the fruits have been applied to the design of screw rod pump. Through the analysis to the Electrical-submersible-motor-driven progressing cavity pumping, especially to the conflict of the key component--shaft coupling, the author has used the conflict matrix of the TRIZ theory and choose the appropriately recommend inventible principle and solved many contradictories. This article carried on the innovation design to parallel Electrical-submersible-motor-driven progressing cavity pumping.
