摘要
某型号偏摆检查仪的百分表不能迅速准确地移动到预定位置,需要多次调整,影响测量时间,测量精度也不能保证。针对该问题,改进了偏摆检查仪的测量底座,在偏摆检查仪导轨上安装一个检测平台,可以微调百分表的位置,准确定位,能在短时间内完成对转子的测量。
This paper improved measuring substruction of deflection tester, because the operation of deflection tester is trouble and low efficiency. Measuring platform was installed in deflection ,it can adjust position of dial indicator ,rotor measurement was finished in a short time .It is proved that the improved design is reasonable, convenient to operate, measuring difficulty will be fell, measuring precision and efficiency will be improved too.
