摘要
介绍了JDPaint软件浮雕设计和数控加工模块的功能特点,并通过对典型模具电极的加工实例,阐述了利用该系统进行工艺品模具电极加工的总体工艺流程,并对路径间距、吃刀深度、侧边余量、底边余量等关键工艺参数给出了较为合理的参考值。研究实例表明,JDPaint软件系统,可以为曲面复杂的小型工艺品模具电极加工任务提供经济高效的解决方案。
Function of JDPaint CAD/CAM System was introduced firstly, processing method was then explained with a typical craft mold electrode as an example. Appropriate value was recommended for some key processing parameters such as path interval, cutting depth, bottom allowance, side allowance.
