摘要
讨论了政府智能系统研发所涉及的核心技术,包括ETL方法,即数据转换规则及设计模式、数据审核,以及ETL工具应具备的功能。对政务数据联机和数据挖掘的常用算法进行了分析,应用了数据质量的控制、技术方法的选取、知识的表达和解析机制。针对政务数据的分析与决策的主要模式,开发了一整套与其相应的OLAP和数据挖掘算法,并融合成熟的技术体系,以保证系统的实用与稳定。实践证明,该技术实用、可靠。
The key technology in developing government intelligence system was discussed. The technology includes the method of ETL, i. e. the function of data transformation rule and the design pattern, the data verification as well as the ETL tool. The arithmetic of online analytical processing and data mining with Government affairs were analyzed by using data quality control, technical method selection, knowledge expression and analysis mechanisms. According to the chief model of the data analysis and the deci- sion of government affairs, a set of adaptable OLAP and data mining algorithms were developed by integrating mature technological system to ensure its utility and stability. The evidence shows its feasibility and reliability
