摘要
实验结果表明,在磁场作用下,水和油蒸汽的凝结速率有所增加,磁场对水和油蒸汽凝结速率的增加起到了强化的作用.同时,初步探索了磁场对水理化性质的改变及磁场控制传热过程机理.对实验结果进行了误差分析,就该领域的研究方向及重点提出了建议.
In industrial production and life, it is a problem that the number of engineering and technical personnel must to face that how to improve the efficiency of the heat transfer. Especially now the energy conservation is promotioned, improving the efficiency of heat transfer is very important. In recent years, people have been observed from the experiment that magnetic field can strengthen heat transfer process. For reserach the effect of magnetic field on the condensation characteristic of water and oil,we made a serise of experiments with different flux of water and air. The conclusion shows, the rate of steam coagulate increase under the effect of magnetic-field. The magnetic-field can intensify the increase of rate of steam coagulate in the experiment, it is important for the area of energy engineering. In addition, the equation for it is simply deduced and set up. The change of water character and the mechanism of magnetic field act on over-all heat transfer process are simply clarified. The error analysis for experimental conclusion is conducted, and the direction and emphases of the further studies in future are suggested. All the results lay a foundation for exploring the mechanism of magnetic field enhancing conden sation heat transfer and its practical application in engineering.
