Discussion and Research of Technology Route for Urban Cadastral Survey Based on the "two-in-one card"

根据物权法的规定,为保证不动产房屋产权的合法唯一性,房产证和土地证必须合二为一,这样同时可以减少登记机关重复审批以及加强政府机关效能建设。本文针对"两证合一"的城镇地籍调查作技术路线探讨与研究。

According to the rules of the Property Rights Law, the identifications of real estate and land must be combined to ensure the legitimacy and the uniqueness of the real estate property rights. Meanwhile, it can reduce repeated examinations and approval for the registration authorities and improve the construction efficiency of government agencies .Aimed to the ＂two-in-one card＂ urban cadastral survey, the technology route is discussed and studied in this paper.
