摘要
在γ-Al2O3表面原位合成对苯二甲酸柱撑Ni~A;-LDHs/7-Al2O3的过程中伴随着非原位结晶反应。采用XRD、SEM等方法考察了该非原位结晶反应产物的结构特征,并且考察了反应体系的pH值、物料投入量、晶化温度、搅拌速率等因素对非原位结晶的影响,得出了抑制非原位结晶的适宜条件:n(NH3)/n(Al)=6,n(A;)/n(Ni)=0.4,晶化温度55~65℃,晶化时间不宜超过24h。
The in-situ crystallization process of terephthalate pillared Ni-Al-LDHs on γ-Al2O3 is accompanied by ex-situ crystallization reaction. The microspheres of the product from ex-situ crystallization reaction were studied by means of XRD and SEM. The influences of various factors including pH, amount of γ-Al2O3, crystallization temperature and stirring speeds on ex-situ crystallization were also investigated, on the basis of which, the best conditions to control the occurrence of ex-situ crystallization were obtained, that was, n(NH3)/n(Al)=6,n(A1)/n(Ni)= 0.4, crystallization temperature of 55--65℃, and crystallization time of 24 h or less.
