介孔分子筛催化剂Co-Mo/SBA-15的制备及其加氢脱硫性能 被引量:14

摘要 以介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,采用浸渍法制备了Co-Mo/SBA-15催化剂。采用XRD、BET、FT-IR、TEM等测试手段对样品进行了分析。用0.5%二苯并噻吩(DBT)的环己烷溶液为模型化合物,在固定床反应器上评价了Co-Mo/SBA-15的催化活性。结果表明,担载金属后的SBA-15分子筛仍然具有高度有序的二维六方介孔结构,金属颗粒高度分散。当MoO3的负载量增加到25%时,分散度有所降低,部分MoO3以聚集态存在于载体表面。含5%CoO和25%MoO3的Co-Mo/SBA-15催化剂具有最高的加氢脱硫活性,硫质量分数由490μg/g降至11μg/g,DBT的脱硫率可达97.75%。 Co-Mo/SBA-15 catalyst was synthesized by the wetness impregnation with SBA-15 mesoporous sieve as carrier. The sample was characterized by XRD, BET, FT-IR, TEM. The activity of Co-Mo/SBA-15 was evaluated by using cyclohexane solution of 5% dibenthiophene (DBT) as model compound in the fixed-bed reactor. The result showed that the metal carried SBA-15 molecular sieve still had highly ordered two-diemensional hexagonal mesoporous structure. The metal grain highly dispersed in SBA-15. The dispersity of Mo was brought down and a part of MoO3 formed the state aggregation when the loading of MoO3 was up to 25%. The Co-Mo/SBA-15 catalyst containing 5% CoO and 25% MoO3 had the highest activity of hydrodesulfurization. The desulfuration rate of DBT could reach 97. 75%, the mass fraction of sulfur in the model sample reduced from 490μg/g to 11 μg/g.
