曲轴摩擦表面缺陷应力状态的数值分析

摘要 以新发展的变分法和非线性优化方法求解能量泛函,研究曲轴表面有摩擦工作条件下的接触问题,分析曲轴摩擦表面的应力状态和应力历程,并对计算结果进行讨论。计算结果显示,表面缺陷对应力分布有重大影响,计算分析时考虑对曲轴表面缺陷的影响是必要的。本文为今后曲轴表面缺陷评估和应力分析提供了有益的参考。 Crankshaft is one of the most important parts in an internal combustion engine. The existed analysis for crankshaft can not deal with the surface defect of the parts. In this paper, the variation and non-linear optimization method were employed to solve the energy functions to study the contact problem with friction on the crankshaft surfaces, and the results were discussed. Calculating results show that the surface defects greatly affect the stress state of the part. This paper offers valuable method to analyze the stress of the crankshaft with surface defect of the internal combustion engine.
