摘要 基于温度场分析对微型摆式内燃机(MFPSE)设计及完善的重要性,根据其工作特点对微型摆式内燃机的缸体进行了温度场分析,发现缸体的温度过热,导致了整机的热负荷增大,因此,设计了散热系统,对加装了散热系统后的缸体进行温度场分析,证明其缸体温度在微型摆式内燃机的正常工作范围之内。 Temperature field analysis is very important for the design and consummation of Micro-Free Piston Swing Engine (MFPSE). Taking MFPSEg temperature field analysis and radiation design as research content, the temperature field analysis to the cylinder body is carried out according to its work characteristic. It's discovered that the cylinder body's temperature is too high. This causes entire machine's thermal load increase. Therefore, a cooling system is designed, and the temperature field analysis to the cylinder body with the cooling system is carried on. It's proved that the body's temperature is in the MFPSE's normal work scope.
