The concept and application of virtual prototyping is briefly introduced and digital virtual prototyping of LGJ- 18C lyophilizer based on CATIA V5 and its parameterization design is established and completed. The application of virtual prototyping in the process of LGJ-18C lyophilizer design is also expounded and functional virtual prototyping of the lyophilizer is preliminarily brought forward. The application future on virtual prototyping on lyophilizer research prospect is prospected in the end.
