摘要 介绍了虚拟样机的概念和应用,并基于CATIA V5建立了LGJ-18C型冷冻干燥机的数字化虚拟样机,完成了虚拟样机的参数化设计。阐述了虚拟样机技术在LGJ-18C型冷冻干燥机设计过程中发挥的作用,并初步提出了LGJ-18C型冷冻干燥机的功能虚拟样机,展望了虚拟样机技术在冷冻干燥机研制中的应用前景。 The concept and application of virtual prototyping is briefly introduced and digital virtual prototyping of LGJ- 18C lyophilizer based on CATIA V5 and its parameterization design is established and completed. The application of virtual prototyping in the process of LGJ-18C lyophilizer design is also expounded and functional virtual prototyping of the lyophilizer is preliminarily brought forward. The application future on virtual prototyping on lyophilizer research prospect is prospected in the end.
