摘要
通过总结5.12抗震救灾过程中医用耗材的应急保障工作,结合国家针对应急保障工作的有关法规,分析目前医用耗材应急保障的特点,进而对医用耗材应急保障机制的建立提出了相关建议。
Through summarizing medical consumable emergency safeguard mechanism in ＂5.12 earthquake relief＂, and combining with the related laws and regulations of the emergency safeguard, the characteristic of the medical consumable emergency safeguard mechanism are analyzed, and then the correlated proposal about which the medical consumable emergency mechanism in construction of military hospital emergencies are putted forward.
