摘要
简要介绍了河南中孚实业股份有限公司的技术改造项目"高效能400kA电解槽"的相关技术。根据400kA电解槽内衬结构、母线配置施工图及相关技术参数计算出400kA电解槽工作电压各组成部分的压降值,并通过电解槽能量平衡和电压平衡的计算制定出焦粒焙烧方案。依据制定的焙烧方案使得系列焙烧启动一次成功,经过三个多月的运行,各项指标较为理想。
The paper introduces the high efficient 400kA pre- baked anode cell technology adopted in modernization project of Zhongfu Industry Co., Ltd. Voltage drop at each component of 400kA cell is worked out based on lining structure, busbar arrangement and relevant parameters. Coke particle baking start up program is set up as per the calculated energy and voltage balance. With the established program the potline is successfully started up at one time. It shows better production data after three- month operation.
