摘要
介绍了运用参数化三维软件CATIA对渐开线直齿轮进行参数化三维建模。通过GSD模块中的fog方式生成参数方程建立渐开线,通过镜像、剪切、特征阵列等命令建立齿形轮廓,通过拉伸、开槽等命令建立渐开线直齿轮三维模型。达到了改变基本参数立即得到相应的渐开线直齿轮三维模型的参数化驱动化设计,大大提高设计人员的工作效率。
A parameterized design method based on 3D software CATIA is introduced to conduct 3D modeling to involute spur gear. Involute is set up through fog method in GSD model, then 3D model of involute spur gear is established using CATIA commands such as mirror, split, trim, intersection, pattern, pad and so forth. Through transforming the basic parameters, a parameter-driving design of 3D model eoIresponding to the involute spur gear is obtained immediately, it is a simple and convenient way to create model and greatly improve designers'working efficiency.
