摘要
采用单片机控制的数字式晶闸管直流调速系统,能使调速系统达到较高的控制精度,具有较好工程实用价值,通用性强,易于扩展,开发成本较低,周期较短等优点。本文从单片机硬件电路设计和程序设计方面介绍了数字式晶闸管双环直流调速系统的设计过程。本系统调速范围大、电流和转速超调量低、过渡过程时间和动态恢复时间短、启动平稳、可实现无静差度调速。
The digital thyristor direct cocurrent velocity modulation system which is controlled by monolithic microcomputer, is one kind of DC speed regulating system with high control precision . It has the project usefhl value ,is versatile, easy to expand . Moreover , its actual developing cost is low and the developing cycle is short. This artiele mainly introduces the digital thyristor double loop DC speed ragulating systemg designing process from the main circuit designing, the monolithic microcomputer hardware circuit designing and the programming three aspects . This system has the advantage of wide speed range , low overshoot of current and speed , short transition time and dynamic recovery time, steady starting and no static error speed regulating.
