液相催化加氢搅拌器形式、原理及其发展趋势

摘要 本文分别介绍了液相催化加氢中使用的各种搅拌器及其特点,轴流式搅拌器能在一定程度上达到催化剂悬浮与氢气分散的效果;组合式搅拌器对催化剂悬浮与氢气分散具有明显的优势;自吸式搅拌器在所有搅拌器中能提供最大的气液传质面积,得到最高的反应速率与氢气利用率,它将逐步成为新一代液相催化加氢装置的首选。 the paper introduces various agitators and their characteristics in liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation. The anchor impeller has been phased out basically because of slow reaction rate and less cycle. The axial - flow stirrer can make catalyst suspend and make hydrogen gas disperse in some extent. The combined agitator has obvious advantages of catalyst suspending and hydrogen gas dispersing. The self - inducing agitator can provide with maximal mass transfer area of gas - to - liquid in all agitators and acquires the highest reaction rate and the utilization rate of hydrogen gas, which will become the first choice of the new liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation devices.
