摘要
采用以TI公司的TMS320F2812和M icrochip公司的MCP2551为核心的分布式控制结构,研究了CAN总线在振动噪声检测系统中的应用。介绍了控制网络的硬件结构及物理接口,并对网络通信协议及软件进行了较为详细的论述。着重介绍了振动检测单元的硬件实现,基于有限脉冲响应(FIR)数字滤波与快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的实时数据处理过程。系统通用性好、可靠性高、实时性强。
The control network about noise is based upon application on CAN are presented. The physical interface the TMS320F2812 and MCP2551. The research and and the relevant hardware are also introduced. A detailed discussion about data communication and software is performed too. The hardware implementation of inspection unit for vibration, real-time data processing on FIR and FFT are mainly introduced. The system possesses good flexibility, strong reliability, and real-time fulfillment.
