农村教育收益率分析——以黑龙江省木兰县柳河镇为例

The Analysis of the Rate of Education Return——Taking the Liuhe Town,Mulan County of Heilongjiang Province as the Example

随着人类进入知识经济时代,教育已成为影响经济和社会发展的重要因素之一,其本质是通过开发人力资本实现人力资本存量增加,进而推动整个社会的发展。为此,以考察农村教育的收益情况为目的,选取黑龙江省木兰县柳河镇作为调查样本,采用柯布—道格拉斯函数对计算教育收益率的方法—收入函数法进行扩展,以全面反映农户收入的影响因素,从而对当地农户的教育收益进行实证分析,并根据数据分析结果和当地实际情况提出相关政策建议。

As the era of knowledge economy is coming, the education has become one of the most important factors which promote the development of economy and social. Its essence is to realize the increase of the storage of human capital to impulse the social developmentthrough developing human capital. In order to know the situation of return caused by education in rural areas, this paper selects Liuhe Town, Mulan County of Heilongjiang Province as the sample of investigation. This paper adopts the Cobb - Douglas function to enrich the method of earnings function which gives the rate of education return to reflect the whole factors which influence peasants＇ income. Then this paper demonstrates the return caused by education in rural areas and raises the political suggestions in the end according to the analytical results and the local situation.
