Application of Image Processing on Combine Harvester Attachment Loss

夹带损失是联合收割机工作中是一项重要的检测数据。为此,采用图像处理技术设计联合收割机的夹带损失传感器,对联合收割机的夹带损失进行监视与检测;将采集到的图像进行灰度、滤波和二值化等处理;最后运用计算目标面积的方法,来预报谷物损失个数。实验结果表明,该方法快速、简易且准确,能实时检测联合收割机的夹带损失。

The paper is designs a sensor of Combine harvester attachment loss. Using image processing technology, monitor and detect combine harvester attachment loss. In order to forecast the number of grain loss, the image is binarized and area of target is calculated. The result indicates that the system works well.
