摘要
对重型和大型农业车的制动器试验台进行试验,其台架试验结果显示:制动器在高制动初速和高气压下,制动力矩的实际测量值与设计值有较大的偏差。为更准确地计算制动力矩的数值,根据重型大型农用车制动器试验台上测量的试验结果,建立了制动器的幂函数摩擦模型,并进行了显著性检验和失拟性检验。
The bench test results of brake drum showed that the measured values have big deviation from the design values of brake torque at high initial brake speed and high brake pressure. Based on the experimental results obtained from the drum bench test of large farm vehicles, the friction model of exponential function was established to predict the brake torque more accurately and validated by the tests of significance and loss -faulty.
