摘要 针对模具装配工作量大和效率低的问题,应用CATIA软件提出一种基于知识工程的零部件智能装配方法,给出智能装配中基于装配特征的表示和零件自动定位等的实现技术。首先,建立模具的参数化零件库,用ACCESS软件建立零件装配关系库,并利用该库信息建立装配关系,使用VB软件及ADO技术连接装配零件库与装配关系库,通过参数驱动的方式,使得有装配关系的零件间进行装配,最终得到模具的装配体,实现模具设计的智能化装配。 Aiming at the problem of a great deal of work and low efficiency for assembly of molds, the application of CATIA software, an intelligent assembly method based on knowledge - based engineering ( KBE), which provides the realizing technology of the part presentation based on assembly characteristics and automatically locating of parts in intelligent assembly, is presented. First, the parametric mold parts library is established, then parts assembly relations library is established through ACCESS by using the information of this library for the establishment of assembly relations. Connecting the assembly parts library and the assembly relations library using VB and ADO technology, assembly between parts where there are assembly relations through the parameter -drive method, and finally the mold assembly body is obtained, intelligent assembly of the mold design is realized.
