在新形势下,农村科技信息资源的开发和利用无疑是提高农民收入、调整农业产业结构、加快农业科技进步、加速农村劳动力转移和加强农村精神文明建设的有效途径之一。为此,针对我国农村科技信息资源不完善、质量差和共享障碍严重等问题,综合分析了农村科技数据收集、分析、加工提炼、贮藏和开发利用等手段,制定农村科技数据库的数据采集、加工以及录入质量要求,加强人员的培训,探讨农村数据质量控制的机制,有效提高农村科技数据的服务能力。
