主动脉夹层的腔内支架植入治疗体会

Clinical study of covered stent implant treatment of aortic dissection

目的探讨带膜支架腔内植入治疗Stantord B型主动脉夹层的效果。方法对2002年1月至2007年9月间15例Stanford B型主动脉夹层的患者实行了血管造影和血管腔内带膜支架植入手术治疗。结果除1例出现胸背部轻度疼痛外，其余患者症状完全消失，全部患者在随访期间均未出现术前症状。结论带膜支架腔内植入治疗Stanford B型主动脉夹层是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To assess the effect of endovascular graft exclusion （EVGE） on the treatment of Stanford B type aortic dissection. Methods Treated with angiography and EVGE clinical data were analyzed on 15 cases of Stanford B type aortic dissection since January 2002 to September 2007. Results All the patients were cured successfully but one case had a little chest pain in the back, all previously appeared symptoms ceased in the follow - up period. Conclusion EVGE is an effective and safe treatment for the patients with Stanford B type aortic dissection.
