超早熟短季棉的低捻转杯纺纱工艺研究

摘要 利用正交实验的方法,通过调整喂给罗拉~喂给板隔距、纺纱杯转速和分梳辊速度3个工艺参数,研究了超早熟短季棉纤维的低捻转杯纺工艺,探讨了不同转杯纺工艺对转杯纱棉结数量、强力、捻度的影响.在保证低捻的情况下,优选出降低转杯纱棉结、提高转杯纱强力的最佳工艺为给棉罗拉与给棉板之间的隔距为0.08mm,纺纱杯速度为30000r/min,分梳辊转速为7200r/min. By using the method of orthogonal experiment, the undertwisted rotor spinning technology of the super shortquarter cotton fiber was researched by adjusting the gauge of feed roller and feed plate, the speed of revolution of the rotor and the speed of combing roller. The influences of different the rotor spinning technology on number of neps, strength and twist are discussed. Under the condition of assuring the low twist the best process of decreasing the sliver of number of neps and increasing strength is choosen out, which is that the gauge of feed roller and feed plate is 0.08 mm, the speed of revolution of the rotor is 30 000 r/min, the speed of combing roller is 7 200 r/min.
