摘要
通过对棉纤维进行阳离子化改性,改善天然染料在棉纤维的染色性能.应用热重分析、红外光谱分析研究了改性前后棉织物的结构变化,探讨了棉纤维的改性机理.结果表明:通过优化棉织物改性工艺及天然染料对改性棉织物的染色工艺,天然染料在改性棉织物上的耐洗色牢度达到4级,耐摩擦牢度基本达到3级,同时经天然染料染色后的棉织物具有很好的紫外防护效果.
Cationic modification agent was used for cotton modification in order to improve dyeing performance of natural dyes on cotton fabrics. The modification mechanism was studied and the changes of cotton fiber structure were analyzed by using TGA and FTIR technics. The results show that by optimizing modificationprocess and dyeing process, the soaping color fastness can reach 4 grades and the crocking fastness is about grade 3. The cotton fabrics dyed with natural dyes showes good UV-protective effect.
