摘要
选择温度稳定的20#白油为基础油,选择窄分布O-3和O-6、Span-80、Tween-80乳化剂,并加入PK和石油磺酸钡进行温度稳定型针织机油的合成,并采用残渣分析法、凝点测试、乳化性能、渗透性能和抗静电性能测试以及实际使用效果对所研制的针织机油进行表征.数据表明,针织机油润滑性能、洗涤性能、抗静电性能和防锈性能良好,并且温度稳定.
Knitting oil stable at high and low temperature was prepared by emulsification between 20# white oil as base oil and O-3 and O-6 of narrow molecular weight distribution, Span-80, Tween-80, PK, and barium petroleum sulfonate as emulsifier. Condensation point, residue analysis, emulsifying properties, permeability, antistatic performance and application effect were used to characterize knitting oil. The results show that knitting oil is of good lubricity, detergency, antistatic property, and antirust performance, and stable at high and low temperature.
