发展腐植酸新型农用工业园,构建新型支农体系

Developing Humic Acid New Agricultural Industry Park and Constructing New System of Supporting Agriculture

提出建立和完善以腐植酸技术与产品为特色的"立体化"现代支农效应体系,突出"集成创新"与"循环经济"两大特色,坚持"紧扣能源热点,变废为宝,促进农业增值;把脉农户心态,以等值等价的原则实行以货易货或补偿贸易,促进农技推广"的设计思路,探索资源综合开发、产业循环链接、市场互补共赢的"Q"型产业模式,重点培育发展生物质快速热解制油、腐植酸类增效缓释肥料、腐植酸高效低毒农药、腐植酸可降解地膜、腐植酸抗旱剂、腐植酸保水剂、腐植酸一体化营养基质、腐植酸多功能有机液肥、腐植酸良种精选与种子包衣、多功能农业机械等为产业龙头的产业集群,形成完善高效的现代农业可持续发展支撑体系,并在山东省邹城市进行农用工业园示范建设的实践。探索以新型农用工业为支撑的现代农业产业模式,以期成为破解新形势下能源、资源、环境和"三农"等战略问题的有效方案,创建对大农业具有可借鉴作用的示范基地。

This paper put forward the design ideas of building and perfecting the modem stereo-supporting agriculture effect system with the technology and products of humic acid, outstanding the two characteristics of＂integrated innovation＂ and ＂circular economy＂, insisting on ＂griping energy hot spot, changing waste into valuables, promoting agricultural increment; grasping peasants＇ psychology, the goods-for-goods exchange, and promoting agricultural technology extension＂. In addition, this paper emphasized the importance of exploring ＂Q＂ type industrial model of comprehensive resource development, industry circulation chaining, market complementary, mutual beneficial, and interwoven; suggested cultivating and developing the key industry of biomass fast pyrolysis, humic acid effeft-enhangcing and slowreleasing fertilizer, humic acid high-efficient and low-toxic pesticide, humic acid degradable film, humic acid droughtresistant agent, humic acid water retaining agent, humic acid compressed integration substrate, humic acid multifunctional liquid organic fertilizer, improved variety choiceness and seed coating with humic acid, multi-function agricultural machinery, and formed and perfecting high-efficient and sustainable supporting system of modem agriculture, and building agricultural industry park in Zoucheng, Shandong province was also introduced. The object of this research was to explore the new industrial mode of modem agriculture supported by the new type of agricultural industry, which may provide an effective solution for the problem of energy, resources, environment and ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ in the new station and establish the demonstration base for the great agriculture.
