摘要
针对改造有除氧器热力系统为无除氧器热力系统时可能对给水泵所产生的安全给水温度和汽蚀度的影响进行了分析,强调对无除氧器热力系统给水泵工作状态进行监测的必要,并以ПH-1500-350-1型汽动给水泵泵壳热应力和给水温度变化率的实验为例,通过对其汽蚀特性分析得出汽蚀余量与汽蚀度,汽蚀度与给水泵转速、流量的数学模型,提出对汽动给水泵运行可靠性的监测方法。
In this paper,the influence on safe feed temperature and cavitation characteristic of turbine driving feed water pump has been analyzed as the thermvoelynamic System with deaera tor is reformed into one without deaerator.The paper paints out the necessity of detecting themodynamic System.Based on the models of cavitation reserne with cavitation degree and cavitation degree with feed water speed,a method to detect feed water pwmp reliability is presented by analyzing the heat stress of (ПH 1500 350)pump casing and its feed water temperature.
