Application and Principle of Windows Environment Configuration

ＷＩＮ．ＩＮＩ和ＳＹＳＴＥＭ．ＩＮＩ是ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ下的两个标准初始化文件（ＩＮＩＴＩＡＬＩＺＡＴＩＯＮＦＩＬＥ）．ＷＩＮ．ＩＮＩ文件主要是保存一些参数，以便ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ按照用户的要求设定环境，ＳＹＳＴＥＭ．ＩＮＩ含有ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ启动时需要用到的全局性的系统信息。

WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI are two standard initialization files of Windows. The file WIN.INI mainly saves some informations so that Windows can set ap the ranning environment accordingly.And the file SYSTEM.INI includes those necessary global informations when Windows start up.
