高安全性椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺的制备及应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 以椰子油和单乙醇胺为原料进行直接酰胺化反应,制得椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺(CMEA)。对制得的产品分别进行了水洗、酸洗和分子蒸馏提纯。比较发现,分子蒸馏提纯可有效去除游离的单乙醇胺等杂质,且工艺能耗低,分离程度高,三废排放少,适宜于工业化生产。经分子蒸馏提纯制得的高安全性椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺,产品游离胺小于0.5%,产品性能优良。 Coconut oil fatty acid monoethanol amide (CMEA) was synthesized by the direct reaction of coconut oil and the monoethanolamine, and it was purified by water washing, acid pickling and molecular distillating separately. The monoethanolamine impurities were effectively removed by molecular distillation. Result indicated that, this new technology: lower energy consumption, high separtion degree, and less wastes emissions is suitable to use in industrialization production, and the distillation of amine in this high security coconut oil fatty acid monoethanol amide is smaller than 0.5%, and this product has the excellent performance.
