内蒙古达茂旗结核病控制项目实施效果分析

目的分析达茂旗蒙古族结核病控制项目实施效果,为促进结核病控制工作的可持续发展提供经验。方法根据项目手册要求实施,推行DOTS策略,对项目实施前后1999～2002年和2003～2006年的肺结核防治情况分阶段进行分析。结果1999～2002年阶段全旗活动性肺结核新登记率为43.41/10万,涂阳肺结核新登记率为0.68/10万,涂阳病人的治疗管理和治愈率均为0,而项目启动后的2003～2006年阶段,全旗活动性肺结核新登记率为54.64/10万,涂阳肺结核新登记率为33.59/10万,治疗管理率为92.2%,初治涂阳病人治愈率为88.7%。结论达茂旗实施结核病控制项目工作取得显著成效,为今后的防治工作提供了经验和借鉴。

Results From the year 1999 to the year 2002 activity tuberculosis documented rate is 43.41 among one hundred thousand people, smear- positive pulmonary tuberculosis documented rate is 0. 68 among one hundred thousand people, both incidence of medicine administration and cure rate among smear - positive pulmonary tuberculosis patient are zero. However it is start the project from the year 2003, until 2006 activity tuberculosis documented rate increase to 54. 64 among one hundred thousand people, smear - positive pulmonary tuberculosis documented rate increase to 33.59 among one hundred thousand people, yearly medicine administration rate is 92. 2%, and cure rate of smear - positive pulmonary tuberculosis is 88.7%. Conclusion Significant effect can be seen in Damao qi after carry out the tuberculosis administration project, and it deliver experience for administration work in the future.
