颅内血肿微创清除术的治疗与护理

Cure and nurse of encephalic haematoma minimally invasive operation

目的通过对56例颅内血肿清除术病人的手术前准备、手术中配合、手术后护理,总结护理经验。方法2000～2008年对56例脑出血颅内血肿病人采用清除术治疗,同时,在术后进行各种护理。结果做好手术前后的护理,可提高手术成功率,减少手术后并发症。结论相应的手术治疗和护理可提高医疗质量,取得良好社会效益和经济效益。

Objective Sum up the nurse experience through the prepare, cooperate and nurse of operation 56 case encephalic haematoma minimally invasive patient. Methods Encephalic haematoma minimally invasive operation on 56 patient from 2000 to 2008 at the same time nurse after operation. Results Good nurse could help operation and reduce complication. Conclusion Corresponding operation and nurse could be helpful to medicine care, and they have better social and economical effect.
