摘要
《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》将公共图书馆承担政府信息公开的职责第一次通过国家立法予以确定。本文探析了公共图书馆在政府信息公开制度中的作用,并就如何充分发挥公共图书馆的作用提出了几点建议。
＂Ordinances on Publicizing Government Information of the People＇ s Republic of China＂ stipulates in the form of state legislation for the first time that public libraries shall be responsible for publicizing government information. This article analyses the role of public libraries in the system of publicizing government information, and suggests how to bring the role of public libraries into full play.
