本文系统地介绍了产品研制生产阶段进行的可靠性试验与环境试验,并分析了其特点及相互关系,最后给出了试验应用的几条规则。
This paper gives a systematical description of reliability test and environmental test, and describes characteristics of the tests and their relations. Several rules are given to tailor the tests in your practical use.
