用系统科学分析了实现《六一三所第三次创业纲要》目标的五个参量,包括经济效益、技术进步、科学管理、人才培养、企业文化,其中对科学管理作了重点分析。
System science is used for analysing five parameters of 'The Third Pioneering Work Programme for 613th Research Institute'. They consist of the economic efficiency,the technical progress, the scientific management, the personnel training, and the enterprise culture. Specially, it is emphasis to analyse the scientific management.
