摘要
对DD100单晶合金[001],[221]和[111]三个结晶取向在不同环境下高温时慢应变拉伸断裂行为进行了研究,比较了它们在真空和空气环境下力学性能以及断口特征,初步讨论了其断裂机理。该单晶在结晶取向和试验条件相同时,空气中试样比真空中试样的强度值相差甚少,而延性则差得多。
Sun Chuanqi Li Qijuan Wu Changxin Liu Zeyao(Institute of Aeronautical Materials,Beijing) An investigation has been made of tensile fracture behaviour of single crystal alloy DD100 slowly strained on , or orientation at high temperature.As compared with in vacuum,their properties and appearances of the fracture are different than that in air.Oxygen in air has little influence on the strength of DD100,but reduces the tensile elongation obviously.
