我国失业保险基金法律制度研究

Research on Law System of Unemployment Insurance Fund in China

我国失业保险基金目前普遍存在筹集覆盖范围和投资渠道过窄、保险给付标准偏低、再就业的法律规定笼统等问题。完善我国失业保险基金法律制度,应扩大失业保险基金筹集的覆盖范围,拓宽投资渠道,加强对隐性就业的规制,促进再就业的功能,并对失业保险给付标准予以重新确定。

There are many general problems existed in unemployment insurance Fund in China, such as narrow financing coverage and investment channel, lower payment standard, undefined legal description on reemployment. To perfect the law system of unemployment insurance Fund, we should expand the financing coverage, broaden investment channel, enhance the regulation on hidden employment, promote function of reemployment, and give out a new confirmation to unemployment insurance.
